MODIVO Group's sustainable development strategy 

Since 2023, the MODIVO Group has been progressively implementing the North Star strategySustainability Appendix. It complements the commitments made by the CCC Capital Group as part of the ESG GO.25 strategy and is based on Transparency, Circular Economy, Low Emission, and Diversity.

We are building transparent communication about the origin of products based on in-depth cooperation with suppliers. Our ambition is for eobuwie.pl and MODIVO to be perceived as brands providing relevant information for customers seeking sustainable products. To this end: 

  • We will create a transparent and understandable offering of sustainable products 
  • We will collect data and verify our suppliers in terms of environmental and social management 
  • We will build consumer loyalty through responsible marketing communication
Circularity mission

Circularity mission 

We are working to ensure that our packaging is recyclable, made from recycled materials, or compostable, and ultimately, that all packaging is optimized to increase reuse and reduce waste in circulation. We also aim to create a mechanism for circularity, giving products a second life. To achieve this: 

  • We will strengthen the closed-loop model 
  • We will collect and sell pre-owned clothing

Good Climate 

In the face of advancing climate change, we are committed to creating a decarbonization strategy in accordance with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) methodology. As part of this commitment, we intend to achieve decarbonization goals in the medium term, in line with the ambitions of the 1.5°C Paris Agreement. Therefore, as a priority: 

  • We will develop a decarbonization strategy that takes into account climate risks

Business responsibility 

We are undertaking a series of actions to strengthen the foundation of business responsibility. We are organizing sustainable development management at the strategic, operational, and functional levels to manage sustainable development and implement the highest standards of due diligence throughout the value chain by 2030. As part of these initiatives: 

  • We will build a culture based on values and GRC (governance, risk management, and compliance) 
  • We will integrate sustainability strategy with MODIVO Group's business strategy 
  • We will enhance employee engagement by promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion
