Founder, President, and Majority Shareholder, former Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CCC until 11 May 2023, and currently the CEO of CCC S.A. and MODIVO S.A.

Dariusz Miłek started his first business in the early 1990s, during a time of significant political and economic change. He founded “Miłek,” a trading company specialising in retail and wholesale footwear sales. From 1996, the company expanded into franchise stores under the brand name “Żółta Stopa.” In 1999, Dariusz Miłek established CCC, which quickly grew, forming partnerships with over a hundred new franchisees based on its unique retail concept. By 2004, he had begun CCC’s international expansion, opening the first stores in the Czech Republic. Over the following years, CCC experienced dynamic growth, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe, becoming the largest footwear retail network in the region.

In 2004, Dariusz Miłek successfully listed CCC on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and 11 years later, the company joined the prestigious WIG20 index.

In 2016, under Dariusz Miłek’s leadership, CCC acquired nearly 75% of eobuwie.pl, the leading online footwear retailer in Poland, and two years later, it acquired a majority stake in DeeZee, an online shoe store catering to young women. Both brands remain integral parts of the CCC Group, alongside MODIVO, a multi-brand online fashion store offering brands from around the world.

Dariusz Miłek is also the visionary behind HalfPrice – a unique off-price retail concept that the CCC Group has been expanding in Poland and across Central Europe, both through stationary stores and online. Launched in early 2021, during the challenging Covid-19 pandemic, HalfPrice quickly grew to become the largest off-price retailer in the Central and Eastern European region, with over 120 stores in 10 countries by the end of 2023. HalfPrice is now the fastest-growing business line within the CCC Group, contributing approximately 15% of its total revenue.

Michał Mikołajczyk – a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and Business. For many years, he worked at managerial positions in finance and accounting divisions of Polish and international groups in the field of strategic financial management.
