Group Management

Marcin Czyczerski has got many years of extensive experience in strategic management and business transformation. From 2010 to 2016, he worked for the Volkswagen Group as Managing Director of Sitech Sp. z o.o. Before that (i.e., from 2001 to 2010), he was Logistics Director and Finance Manager.
On January 1, 2017, Marcin Czyczerski sat on the Board of the CCC Group as Vice President of Finance supervising all finance, HR, and IT issues. In 2019, he replaced Dariusz Miłek in the chair of the CEO. During this time, he also sat on the boards and supervisory boards of CCC Group subsidiaries – including the Supervisory Board of the Modivo Group.
Marcin Czyczerski holds a PhD in Economic Science. He completed his doctoral studies at the Wroclaw University of Economics, and earlier his master's degree at the Faculty of Computer Science and Management at the Wroclaw University of Technology (major: financial management) and his master's degree at the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Wroclaw (major: political marketing).

Michał Mikołajczyk – a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and Business. For many years, he worked at managerial positions in finance and accounting divisions of Polish and international groups in the field of strategic financial management.
