Try Before You Pay
Try Before You Pay service allows you to order products selected on the website or via the mobile app to try on in a brick and mortar shop. At selected locations, customers can use MODIVO’s interactive fitting rooms which offer a possibility of ordering a given product in a different size or colour. A concierge will help with shopping and advise on styling. In brick and mortar shops, customers can also use the esize.me service, which recommends the right shoe size based on a 3D scan.
Fully biodegradable and recyclable packaging to reduce plastic consumption and CO2 emissions. Paperpacks are sourced from a local supplier, they save storage space and streamline the process of transporting packages. They decompose within a few months.
The esize.me scanner
The esize.me service, available in brick and mortar shops and on the eobuwie.pl website, makes it possible to take an accurate scan of the foot and save it on the customer’s account. The esize.me scanner takes only five seconds to create a precise 3D model of the feet including all the dimensions that are important for proper footwear selection, such as length, width and circumference of the foot, and the height of the instep. Based on the scan and the customer’s individual preferences, the system recommends perfectly fitting shoes without the need to try them on.
The humanoid robot Pepper supports customer service in the digital brick and mortar shops of eobuwie.pl and MODIVO. It is very versatile – not only does it present the current product offerings, but also explains the advantages of services such as esize.me and entertains the youngest customers with quizzes. It is an integral part of the offline sales network. Pepper is a convenient and alternative form of contact with customers.

With regard to business scaling, the Company went for a balanced approach. It was the first e commerce company in Poland to join a project of providing customers with reusable packaging.
